Return Policy

Buying a diamond is a major investment, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your loose diamond or jewelry purchase for any reason, you have 60 days to exchange it or return it from when it's received for a full refund (we’ll even pay for the return shipping!)

 

Before you do, please follow these simple instructions to make sure your return is processed correctly:

 

1. Please call us one of our customer service representatives at (888) 918-8288 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
2. We will then email you a pre-paid and fully-insured FedEx label, along with instructions on how to pack your order for the return. Remember, at Diamond Envy return shipping is always FREE.
3. Once you have the RAN, write it on the return form included with your original order, and include it in the FedEx shipment.
4. High value returns (for items over $25,000) require special handling, so please contact one of our diamond consultants for special instructions.
5. We will process your return as soon as we receive it. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately two weeks.

 

Please note the following exceptions to the Diamond Envy return policy:


1. We cannot process returns that do not have a RAN. 
2. We also require that you return your loose diamond in original saleable condition with all accompanying packaging and the original certificate. Diamonds cannot be returned without the original certificate and any other accompanying documents.
3. Custom jewelry settings are non-refundable and not covered under this return policy. However, center stones are covered by Diamond Envy's 60-day hassle-free return policy.
