There’s a diamond I see on your site that I love, but I’m just looking for a fashion ring, not a loose diamond.  What can I do?


We offer an amazing Design Your Own Engagement Ring program.  Our design consultants can also help you with other custom jewelry ideas and we’d be happy to help you create exactly what you have in mind.


But I’m just looking for something simple.  Is that the right thing for me?


Most of the jewelry on our site are one of a kind; created to show off the beauty of one or more particularly beautiful colored diamonds.  Designing something together with us is no different than the design process for our other jewelry—except that it involves you all the way from the start. 


Are your diamonds certified?


All our loose diamonds are certified by the GIA.  Our jewelry is certified by either the GIA or EGL.


Is there a way for me to verify a GIA certificate? has a wonderful service on their site where you can look up any GIA report.  Just go here to enter the report number.  The number is located vertically on the left side of the certificate.




I saw an item on your website that I’m interested in. Where can I purchase it?

At this time, the items you see on our website are available for purchase only through any item you receive is not to your complete satisfaction, our generous 60 day return policy has you fully covered.

When will I receive my order?

Loose diamond orders are generally processed and shipped the same day if placed by 3PM EST. Any loose diamond orders received after 3PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Jewelry orders require a longer processing time, approximately 2-14 days, as our jewelry pieces are made to order. Order processing and shipping are not done on weekends or US national holidays.

How do I know if ordering from your website is secure?

Diamond Envy takes every precaution to ensure your shopping experience is a secure one. We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to encrypt all sensitive information submitted by our customers, including credit card numbers, names and addresses. You can be assured that all credit card transactions are secure and fully protected against fraud by checking your browser’s bottom status bar. As long as you see a closed lock icon, the SSL is protecting your sensitive data.

What types of payment do you accept?


For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.  We also accept bank wires.  To make a purchase with a bank wire or by using more than one credit card, please call us at (888) 983-9588.


Can I pay with two different credit cards?


Yes.  Please call us at (888) 983-9588 to have a customer service representative assist you with your purchase. 


Can I return my order for a refund if I do not like what I receive?

Absolutely! If you are not 100% satisfied with your new purchase, just return it to Diamond Envy for a full refund. You will need to call us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before you can initiate a return. We will email you the RAN as well as a pre-paid insured FedEx shipping label.  Returns that do not have a RAN will not be processed and no refund will be issued.  Please note that Design Your Own Engagement Rings and other custom jewelry are final sale.

How do I return my item(s)?

Contact one of our friendly representatives for your Return Authorization Number and pre-paid shipping label. Carefully pack your item(s) in its original packaging along with the diamond certificate. Please note that if we do not receive the certificate, we must deduct the cost of the certificate from your refund.  

What if the item I send back gets lost?

Diamond Envy cannot be held responsible for any return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. For that reason, insurance is highly recommended.  All returns processed with the help of Diamond Envy representative will be insured and shipped via FedEx.
